So, to be fair, I think paulg has a fair point when he asks, “so you need a direct question before you respond. There wasn’t any question in that post, either, but you responded to it on the same day just 5 hours later at 11:16 pm. The only thing are the list registees which were synced. Anyway, I've got some writing to do on Trust Pilot. If there was an answer to our problem I'm sure they would have been glad to offer it. As you say, they're probably hoping your complaint will soon disappear to the bottom of the help page. A pity no one from the team got back to you with this issue. There was an issue a while back where new calendars were made by the program itself when syncing, just like when syncing with EPIM cloud, and after a good deal of complaining by many disgruntled users here the team reversed their policy and allowed users to sync their 'local calendars' as they did before and should have continued to do so instead of foisting their preferences onto them. It's why I've only been synchronizing one-way from my PC to my devices and not both ways like EPIM suggests. ![]() I've canceled my subscription now because apart from this cloud business which has totally ruined my database file I've had no end of problems with EPIM for months, maybe even years. ![]()
